Delayed payment will delay the start of any print order. Print will commence upon receipt of cleared funds. We will not allow goods to be taken without payment being made unless an approved payment agreement is in place.

Credit Account payments are strictly 30 days from invoice date. Any credit account not paid within the agreed terms shall be placed on stop. We then reserve the right to ask for full payment of all invoices and / or to remove the credit facilities.

6.1 Due to tolerances in printing presses, inks, papers, etc, we are unable to guarantee an exact colour match. In all cases we will print to a commercially acceptable standard. Variations between proofs, runs and subsequent reprints are unavoidable and will be deemed acceptable. It is important to note, printed jobs will rarely match the colours displayed on monitors, nor prints from home printers.
6.2 Due to variations in the print process, there may be a small shift in position of print on each sheet. This is unavoidable and a tolerance of up to 1.5mm will be considered acceptable. To avoid trimming problems, we ask for a 3mm bleed on all artwork and a 3mm safe zone inside this.  Large Format products, such as posters and boards, are trimmed by hand so a small variation in size may occur.
